I don't even try. They get a nickname at work that's either a shortened version of their name or something easier. If that's racist, go back home

So, I guess you don't care if they call you anything they want? They most likely speak multiple languages... You can't be bothered to learn a few new names?

Maybe not racists... But certainly is lazy and disrespectful.
