I did not get the impression he was serious or would have done anything of the sort. It was all a clown show. I deal with these types all the time. I deal with those would would mean it and do it in a heart beat too.
He was laughing while being held back playfully saying he was "fixing to smack her arse with a whole bag of M&Ms".

Make no mistake, I am not excusing his behavior one bit. Disrespectful, defiant, disruptive, disgusting, pitiful yes. And he and the girls need serious consequences.

Was it when he had the desk over her head that made you think he was clowning? And if he "clowns" like this towards an authority figure, it's no wonder people like him end up shot or hurt when in more serious situations.

Any suggestions? What consequences will these kids possibly face? Parental punishment? Probably not. Suspension? LOL Jail? ppftf

They will get nothing but street cred and internet fame.

Specifically the way he was allowing someone half his size to playfully hold him back, his facial expressions, and his 1/4 effort. And his last act with the bag of M&Ms confirms it.

Yeah, he didn't really want to hurt her or he would have.

Idk - I would have rushed out of there for help if I were her little arse.

Maybe she was hoping he'd hit her so she could play disabled for a while and be done with the bullshite. In that narrow respect, for her benefit, I wish he had.

LSUTANGERINE,

Something tells me that your "brothers" rode you mercilessly while growing up.

Schools just care about butts in seat for funding purposes. They don't give a rats arse what happens in the classroom.
Had a recent experience with the Rapides Parish School Board that emphasizes this point. Funding trumps everything.

I never thought I would turn to private school, but it is looking more and more probable.

I would have walked out to the principals office as well to report out of control students.

When he picked up that desk and held it over her head, she woulda been justified in shooting him if it was outside of the schoolhouse.

He'll be shot eventually. The sooner the better to save someone else's life preferably.

At least we will have this clip to play when his aunt talks about what a great young man he was, and he didn't deserve to be shot.

Serious or not it is disrespectful. Disrespect is the reason we have all these teachers getting in fights with students. The students don't respect the teachers.

Has to be fake, or she would have ran out of there if a student threatened to hit her with a chair. Has to be fake.
