So much wrong in the video. This woman does not need to be a teacher. She is about as meek as a mouse. Glad the video went out. Hopefully, the school will discipline the students with some meaningful consequences.

Apparently the teacher is a substitute teacher. She clearly got sent to the wrong job.

You've got to be kidding me. They were threatening her with physical harm. They threatened her if she got up from her desk.

How many high school teachers do you think can handle those kinds of students?

I did not see anyone taking up for the students here. Is there another reason you used that term?

The Facebook comments are pretty terrible.

A lot. These were not particularly scary.

Not really. Schools just care about butts in seat for funding purposes. They don't give a rats arse what happens in the classroom.

Zero blame goes to the teacher in this instance. Students... Admin... Culture... Parents. Not necessarily in that order.

He was being held back by another student, he threatened to get her if she left the room, and he held a chair over his head threatening to hit her with it.

What in the ever-living frick are you talking about?

That video was weird. Why wasn't she more pissed off or something?

Also, I wonder what happens more often: cops shooting a guy without justification or kids acting that way at school? My guess is that latter, and from that I would conclude that such behavior is a much bigger problem that we need to focus on in our country.

One is totally horrible and needs to be eradicated, and the other one is as well, but is more likely to be the "ruination."

They are probably just numb to it because it is common place.
