Where would you rather live out of Slidell, Pearl River, or Bogalusa?

I wouldn't live anywhere near Bogalusa with that awful smell coming from the paper mill.
Out of Pearl River and Slidell, I'd probably choose Slidell for convenience, but I'd like to own a piece of land near water in Pearl River.
