Cleaned out a storage shed and found a 5 gallon can of gas that is several years old. Don't want to use it but cannot figure our where to dispose of properly. Any ideas?

Put it in your car and top it off. It'll dilute any issues with breakdown.

This or weeds in 'wild areas' on your property.Don't use it for crab grass or random weeds in the front yard, though.

If it was closed from elements, use it. It doesn't go bad if not exposed to elements.

Maybe go by a mechanics shop or a equipment repair shop if you don't want to just build a fire.
