I leak that much gas just trying to use those crappy environmentally friendly nozzles.

A lawnmower will burn that without any problems.

1) leave it on your shed floor
2) wait for 1,000 year rainfall event

Are there any other chemicals mixed with it? Our company can dispose of it properly but there would be a charge.
Is it just old or has it had water or other elements in it? If its just old but has been sealed, pit some stabil in it and call it a day.

No it's just gasoline and has been sealed in a military fuel can for a few years. What kind of charge am I looking at? I'd rather pay to dispose of than dump it on the ground.

I was in a rush to change my oil when I lived at an apartment complex in BR. It was raining and the parking lot flooded, and I forgot to put the drain plug back in. After pouring 6 quarts in my truck, I looked up and saw an oil slick covering the parking lot. It all went down the drain

dont pour that shite out. Years ago around here an old man used gas to kill the weeds around his house. The A/C or something sparked that shite off and burned his house down

Actually from a regulatory standpoint, the term "used" is actually better than "waste". A drop of water in thr gas can be disposed of as used fuel and is not hazardous. Slap a label on a tank that says Waste Gas, and now you have different regulations as far as disposal.
