Coming in for the first week of jazz Fest but I'd like to light up a few inside some dirty bar for old time's sake.

That is the same day they renew the murder and armed robbery ban as well.

It'll be followed eventually, outside of a few dives. I was in North Carolina when they started the ban. Everyone thought it wouldn't be followed, but it was. Same in Missouri (at least the city I was living in).

New Orleans is loaded with dive bars. They already made exceptions for bars in the quarter, IIRC. It was a stupid waste of time legislation
