Tanning. Tanning beds. She stopped before it got to be a problem as she got older. But those beds were nasty usually. Even well kept ones.
And have ever had sex unknowingly with a woman who has leftover tanning accelerant on? Oh my god. I thought I was dying from some allergic reaction or we had we had a threesome with chili pepper.

Sound like one of the weirdo roommate's I had when I was in college. He was one of those bodybuilding weirdos. He would order pizza sit in front of a trash can and spit it out after he chewed it. There's also an ICD-10 code for Hair Causing External Constriction, so your insurance company can pay a Dr to remove it.
