I hear ya...I just paid for vehicle insurance on my 19-year-old which was $2250 for 6 months. I heard our insurance commissioner allowed another 15% across the board raise for insurers in the state - I love Louisiana, but it really sucks balls on anything related to vehicles, taxes, and infrastructure.
Oh, plus, education, crime, good government, cancer rates, and entertainment.
