Seems like its been sitting on the tarmac a while?

Is it for sale?

It was donated to the Southern University Aviation program. It's a fuel guzzler, it's out of compliance, and if it was your plane, it would have been impounded by now.

BRCC Aviation Maintence but idk if that program ever took off.

The program is at the airport. So I'm sure that space is leased/available to the program.

I think they still have a portion of the program but since Express Jet just does overnight maintenance and Hawker never came to BTR, they didn't need to expand the program.

It was for BRCCs A&P program but funding was cut. It is also used for movie shoots.
