Me and my wife are friends with another married couple.
I talk to the husband and my wife talks to the other wife.
One day we were just talking about them, and my wife mentioned that they were going to be trying for another kid soon. This surprised me of course, because every time it came up when we were talking, he said he was done having kids.

Wasn't directed at you. I just don't think labeling non-swingers as "insecure" is justifiable. I could just as easily say his insecurities are what justify him agreeing to have an open marriage.

There was a study that showed that more men than would care to admit like that fantasy. Very few however would actually let that happen.

You never know what a person is capable of. Sorry, but plenty of women "mess up" when it comes to birth control.
At the very least after the second "BC failure", you'd figure they change methods are switch it up. If nothing else you'd figure you buddy would start wearing condoms.
Not trying to call anyone a liar, but you cannot convince me of 4 birth control failures by one couple.

IF, she regularly took the pill and got pregnant anyways but THEN wanted to still use BC to avoid being pregnant again and had the doctor give her the same thing as last time, she's a tard.

But if after 2 times on the same shite, she tried the SAME type of BC AGAIN and failed, she and he are double tards.
On top of that, one would assume she told her doctor it failed and if so, he would've offered another alternative(which she obviously didn't go with).
So, 4 times?
There are ONLY two options. COMPLETE lie or TOTAL tards.

How would I even know in most cases? I tend to go to conventions and shite. There are like 3 couples we've played with long term. And, even if one got knocked up, that would require a big stage on Jerry Springer for the paternity test.

You are more likely to meet a person with 4 dicks than for that to be true.
And, like I said, my wife uses two forms. Her statistical likelihood of becoming pregnant is VERY VERY VERY small.
