God Bless The Broken Road is a favorite of mine. They do have some good, soulful tunes.

This has to be a winner too. Grew up as a teenager in the Eighties but the Nineties has some great music. Tons of guilty pleasures.

Some we usually start off with Smooth jazz on Sirius (needless to say sound quality is horrid) then change to 160 gb iPod that's has wav files except when the files were originally MP3 files.
On the iPod it's CHR tunes. Mini jukebox.

The Beach Boys kick arse.

I'm still blown away by Brian and Al getting kicked out of the band. That's like kicking Jimi Hendrix out of the Jimi Hendrix Experience.

Brian Wilson was the Beach Boys. There really is no band without him. Dennis Wilson's death was the end for those guys unfortunately.

Mike Love is a fricking tool. frick his creepy old man face for doing that.

I saw their 50th reunion tour that had all living members play and Brian looked like a sad robot for most of the show.

Since then I've seen Brian Wilson and friends twice (No Pier Pressure and Pet Sounds 50th Anniversary tours) and he seemed much more animated, energetic, and happy to be on stage.
