take a look at my name... May give you a clue as to what I do for a living, so no need for the condescending "pills" remark... I was curious as to where they were paying 119k right out the gates 9 years ago... it wasn't baton rouge, I know that for a fact... so where do you practice

Could have skipped college and sold cars and made the same amount... Who's the dummy

I've sold cars before and that job is miserable. True, you can make $100k+ selling cars, but your arse better be ready to put in some serious hours (12 a day) and say goodbye to your weekends.

I sell TV ads for a living, which does require a college degree and about 40-45 hours of work per week. Definitely the easier way to skin the cat between the two.

Plus, I was fortunate to have parents who paid for college, so no way in hell would I trade four years of raging in Oxford to go straight to work

I was a projects EHS Manager, with a base of $75k ($36/hr salaried).

That didn't include per dien ($154 a day) or OT ($54 am hour on an average 60 hour week).

1992 $5.00/hr as a Production Assistant-Video Editor in a TV newsroom. 3 years later I was writing and producing 5 shows per week for them for $17,500.

Went to law school for 3 years and made $35k as an associate at a small firm. I have a knack for finding myself in the lowest paid sector of whatever career I select.
