Mine was probably on a Chinese domestic airliner in the 1980's.
Teen drinking and driving in the lax 1970's has to be a close second.
What you got?

I was going to work one morning, and a guy ran the red light. Turned out to be a stolen car and the dude had to have been going 100mph. Came out of nowhere. Skimmed the front of my car, fishtailed, but somehow maintained control and kept on hauling arse. Had I been a half a second later putting on the brakes, the dude would have t-boned me on my side. I reckon I wouldn't have had a chance.
Another time I was about a hundred feet from a lighting strike. Raised the hair on me. Scared the shite out of me, too!
EDIT: I almost forgot about this one, but another story further down the list reminded me of it. When I was about 11 years old I was riding my bike around my grandparent's neighborhood. It was not a busy neighborhood at all. If three cars came down their road in a day, that was considered a lot, so we got into the habit of just not looking for cars when riding around. Well, long story short, I almost got plastered by a car. I ended up in the ditch to avoid hitting him, or him hitting me. As he went by all I heard was "Stupid frickin' kid!"

I ran across a golf course as a kid and a ball landed about a foot away from me. Can't imagine that would have been good

Gave jello shots to kids at Rocco's and the owner saw me.

Two years ago, I was by myself with no sidearm or bear spray, fishing on a little creek while half drunk. Grizzly popped out of the trees about 50 yards away. It stared at me, and I stared back for about 30 seconds. It waddled back in to the woods. Would have been fricked if it wanted to get froggy.

Got into a bad t-bone accident about 2 years ago. No real injury to me but I do think I was about a foot away from a serious issue.
closest I've been to anyone else was in Rio for the World Cup. One of my friends was drunk and fell/tripped into the road as a guy was going probably 80. No joke I think it was 2 inches away from him being hit/spun around and being mince meat in the middle of the road. It was so fing close I still sometimes think about how awful that trip would have been (it was night 1 of I think 10 days)

Head on into a tree without a seatbelt.
Walked past a Lucky Dog hot dog stand about 15 seconds before a dindu plowed into it with a Lincoln Continental.

31% of my body is burned. My left entire left leg, left arse cheek and my rear right thigh.Hair was burned on the left side and patchy burns on my left hand. I was six years old. If my grandmother wouldn't have been home next door, I would have burned alive. I suffered 3rd degree in those areas. I ran over 50 yards on fire screaming and she heard me and put me out with a wet bed sheet.

18 wheeler ran a red light coming down Monte Sano in Huntsville. Thankfully I was alert and didn't turn out as soon as the light turned green.
