Dad and I have some Buicks because he is also a big Buick fan, and I've grown to like them. Most of the really big 50's Buicks (the land barges) have gone over to Europe where they bring a strong price.

I'd like to have a GS and a nice Riviera.

The Rivera was definitely a cruiser and still has a following. My dad had a Wildcat that I would have loved to gotten my hands on.

I sure will. Like everything today, he is working with a tight budget on it. Fortunately, parts aren't that hard to find.

I love a muscle car but if you haven't had the experience, you should drive or ride in one in a big 30's Chrysler, Cadillac or Buick. The picture below is of our 32 Buick Model 90 - which is one of the few Buick Classics. The straight 8 motor is incredibly smooth, and the car will get up and go surprisingly well. The big sumptuous upholstery is really different than what you find in modern cars. The leg room is incredible.

Including the Pontiac Tempest? Was it available in Metallic Mint Green?

But, my dad has a '66 Mustang we'd love to restore. He's had it for years, but we restored a '77 Ford Pickup for me in HS and never got a chance to work on the Mustang. So I've always had a thing for mustangs. Would love a '67 Fastback.

The MIG-15 was supposedly a strong influence on the design. It had sensors that would put the top up if it rained and could run on alcohol.

You have that jet intake nose, and a lot of the early British fighters had the twin tailfin look.
