Separated shoulder, knee cap dislocation 4x, repetitive cartilage tearing (same as Clowny...no microsurgery then. That ended my football career).
3 surgeries on knee. 2 scopes and one quad realignment for patella.

Had a single incident that resulted in a concussion, separated shoulder, broken clavicle, post labrum tear, multiple broken ribs, collapsed lung, and 2nd degree burns on my back and arm.

I was about 12yrs old and playing baseball on a little league team. I was running in towards the dugout after an inning. Not paying attention, I stepped on a ball by the mound. In a very peculiar accident I lost my footing and landed on my arm badly tearing some of the ligaments in my shoulder/elbow. I had to wear this goofy azz cast for months.
Finally… the doc takes the cast off only to find that my ligaments have healed incredibly tightly, giving my arm an irregular amount of torque for my age. Not being a great ball player to begin with, this new found power was really foreign to me, but turns out really upped my game. I started pitching that same season and drew the attention from some pretty big teams, though they were reluctant to bring me on because I was so much younger than the rest of the players. Anyway fast forward to the end of the season and ironically the same exact injury that gave me this talent would take it away when I needed it the most.
Sometimes real life is stranger than fiction…

Torn ACL, MCL, and bucket handle tear of the medial meniscus. Happened in a men's league basketball game with a minute left on the clock. We were up 17 points and I caught an inbound pass. I immediately stopped and one of our opponents players came and pushed me from behind. Dick move on his part.
Played sports my entire life and never got injured up until that game.

Had my head bashed in with a golf club. They thought I would either die, be a vegetable, be retarded, or have constant seizures as a best case, but haven't ever had a seizure and beat the odds.

Broke my shin bone in two, just above my ankle.I could feel the bones moving around.
We were carrying a small boat along the lake edge.Someone dropped their corner and I was knocked into the water.
I landed on a large rock.
It really didn't hurt at first, but I couldn't move.I had to be pulled out.
Caste on leg from June through August when I was 15.

Broken foot with ligament damage.

Broke collar bone, three ribs, both thumbs, left pinky, tailbone, shattered upper jaw, sprained knee, 3 stress fractures in foot, slightly torn rotator cuff, 3 serious concisions, stitches 11 times, and a gunshot to the neck. All injuries occurred on separate occasions. I recommend avoiding trampolines, sharp and blunt objects, contact sports, and people with guns.

Lacerated my spleen (not ruptured). Twice.
First during freshman year baseball. Then almost two years to the date later during junior year baseball.
Was in hospital for multiple days both times. On heavy doses of morphine my freshman year.

Split my calf open and tore my calf muscle on a four wheeler accident. Needed 22 stitches; 11 to sew the muscle back and 11 to sew my leg up.
