Hotel in New Orleans a few years back had their pool drained and a horrible continental breakfast. Just awful.

Buddy got PO'd he didn't get laid by his chick he brought back to our room at the Baronne Street Travel Plaza (old go to for proximity to quarter and cheap rates).

They left afterwards and he was scheming on how to get them back upstairs. He was extremely inebriated.

Called to the front desk and when they picked up just started yelling, "STOP THAT BITCH IN THE RED PANTS. SHE STOLE MY WALLET. TELL HER TO BRING HER FINE arse BACK UP HERE!!!!"

At that moment I realized that the room was under my name.

Good times. Good times.

Hotel gave me my room. When I went up and opened the door there was a half dressed woman (skirt and bra) already staying in the room standing in front of the mirror and she freaked the frick out.

Did she have a nice rack?

I guess I never really had one, come to think about it. I had a TV not work and no wifi service, but it was corrected right away. I'm 50, I've stayed in a lot of Hotels.

I stayed the night at the Staring Motel once and the TV only had one station and it was an old 90's porn stuck on repeat. Also the room didn't lock from the outside but once you got in yoh could lock the dead bolt. True story.

A couple of months ago I found a loaded syringe hanging from the vent fan in the bathroom. I threw it in the trashcan outside and when my wife came back a few minutes later I went to show her and someone had already taken it.

I got the room through priceline in one of those options where you get a discount but you can't see what hotel it is. Never do that.

This isn't an experience, but there is a hotel in Donaldsonville that has a sign outside advertising "color tv".

Housekeeping walked in me having sex with a lady friend.

Probably my fault for not hanging the "do not disturb sign."

In Anchorage a couple of decades ago. Hotels were expensive and I found one that was fairly cheap out by the air base. The shabby room didn't bother me too much but the cigarette smoke that oozed through the walls was thick enough to burn the eyes, the only TV was porn and the guy next door had it on LOUD. Around midnight there was a police raid on the room next door and they knocked on my door for a bit but I didn't open it. Sleeping in the car in a parking lot would have been better.

I'll never stay at the Waldorf Astoria again. They forget to put a chocolate mint on my pillow.

I checked into a shite hole in Athens called the American Inn. There was a pile of carpet under some stars outside that was pretty stained up. The carpet in the room was recently installed but wasn't new/ Evidently, it was relocated from the office so they could have new carpet installed in there. It was 2am and no fricks were given (who gives a shite about carpet?). On gameday, I rolled over to see the remnants of blood splatter all over the wall! The stained up carpet looked like MAJOR blood stains. Someone died in that room the night before. It does explain the room suddenly being available for a cheap price. My cousin booked the room, not me. No blood in the bed so we bailed from that torture chamber pretty damn quickly. frick that place.

Fridge didn't have any vodka in it. I found that very rude.
