add another victim to Kidney Stones. I've had 3 in my lifetime. Worse fricking thing in the world. From not being able to stand, sit, lay down, curl up in a ball, because no position eases the pain; to throwing up blood because you've thrown up everything you possibly could have already.

Maybe you should take better care of your teeth. Abscesses don't form overnight.

Tearing my MCL playing ice hockey hurt and still nags.

Eye muscle surgery (I have had six) is up there on ouch factor.

Loosing my father was the worst as far as emotional pain goes. Suicide, I was 10...

Renal colic ( pain from kidney stones) has been described in the litature as "It is often described as one of the strongest pain sensations known.[1]"

It is pretty intense

Stingray through side of foot. Initially not bad but about an hour later. Not. So. Good. A friend we where with thought cold water was what I was supposed to soak it in. Turns out to be the wrong thing today. That just allows the toxin to spread.

I posted the same thing, I feel your pain brother. The doctor said I was the only person he ever treated who drove himself to the ER for it, let alone walk in without being wheeled in via wheelchair/stretcher. Left nut swole to the size of a fricking orange. I was in the last hour of that 4-6 hour window of losing my nut

I'm torn. It's either the time I stepped on a nail and it went halfway through my foot, into the bone, or the kidney stone. The former was far more intense, but the latter was more of a prolonged agony.

ETA: never mind. I just bothered to read the OP.

3 rounds of kidney stones, but thankfully each one passed fairly quickly so it wasn't several days of pain.
