Not sure how your terrible brag threads get responses but here I am. I just ask myself why your GF had to be an international fricking model? It's a decent thread without stupid nuggets like that.

To the point... I broke my jaw playing a high school sport(I'd give more specific info but anonymity is clearly at a premium here and I'm sure many would remember). It was a compound fracture that broke through the gum line and the bleeding damn near choked me to death. Had to be surgically fixed and wired shut for a little more than 6 months. That sucked, all there is to it...

Dislocated my hip playing pickup football in my neighborhood when I was 15.
It felt like a Charlie horse in my hip/groin that lasted for hours.

Brutal.

I had stitches in my fricking nutsack....and they got fricking infected I had testicular torsion freshmen year of college. Just so you know, that's when your nuts get twisted around and lose blood flow. The doctor even told me that unless I get shot I will never feel that much pain again so I'm good for life lmao.

Same here, but mine was misdiagnosed, at first, as a bacterial infection. Two days later, one of my boys was as big as a grapefruit. Then new skin grew over the "drain" and the 7 staples they put in after the surgery which made removal a pleasant experience. Also had my knee hyper-extended causing partial tears in my mcl and acl.

Tie.

1. spiral tib tib fracture while skiing. Made so much worse bc I had the JV snow patrol team getting me off the mountain, which took over an hour. The pro's were farther up the mountain airlifting some poor dude out. Pain was so bad I couldn't even cry.

2. having a D&C done with no anesthesia. This procedure is similar to an abortion and usually calls for local anesthesia at the least. Doc was a sadistic frick, retired now thank God. The nurses attending procedure were having to hold me down and were nearly in tears themselves. A year later, had to have another procedure to check & see if he'd left enough lining for me to ever get pregnant again. I'd like to take a hammer to that old guy's bits.

Yikes. Sounds awful.

My wife had Hellp Syndrome during the birth of our son. After he was born, the placenta was still effecting my wife's blood pressure very negatively and rapidly, so the doctor didn't want to wait for her body to flush it out. So he basically had to manually detach and remove the placenta.

Aww hell no. Kind of surprised they'd let her do natural childbirth with HELLP, I would think that would elevate BP even more. I had HELLP as well, and they couldn't get me on the phone when the doc saw on test results that my liver enzymes were 14x higher than normal. So they called my husband at work to get me to hospital. Baby's HB was slowing slightly so they did urgent C section nearly 4 weeks premature. Scariest day in both our lives for sure.

ETA: nvm, Google search says for most cases that are mild to moderate, regular childbirth is ok. Wow!
