North - Ireland
South - Angola (the country in Africa... not the prison)

I know I've been further north/south than that underwater but I can't really put that on a map.

Northern : I was going to say Toronto, but Minneapolis is higher I think, as is Big Sky Montana. So those..

Ciudad del Este, Paraguay to pick up a deserter and above the artic circle for cold weather training. Got a Blue Nose award in 1989 although I doubt very seriously they let people run around the flight deck of an air craft carrier in skivvies and get shot with water cannons anymore.
