My freshman year one of the kids in our pledge condo fell off the 2nd story balcony, luckily he hit the deck on the first floor on the way down so his arm took most of the impact and slowed him down a good bit. It was on the 2nd day too so we still had 4 days left, while his parents had to drive in from NOLA to handle everything.

Either 2004 or 2005, in PCB, a buddy and I meet a completely drunk chick. In the space of maybe an hour she blows both of us.... next thing I know, he is making out with her...
hahahahaha. Drunk times.

LINK
IDK but anyone that took part in this or stood around watching and didn't stop it deserves to die a slow painful death over and over again for all of eternity.
What the hell is wrong with kids today?

Pretty sure one of my GF's sorority friends dated this dude for a while. They started dating like a couple weeks after this happened assuming this is the same person.

Basic sociology will tell you that it has nothing to do with the generation today. People will feel less responsibility with more people around
Read this for some self awareness

Save it, If you explain this behavior away with Oh well, that's just what happens, then you're part of the disgusting problem of failed morality.

several years ago we got stopped on the way to spring break with 106 cases of natural light, five 12 packs of corona, five liters of franzia and eight bottles of liquor

I'm not saying it's excusable. I'm saying it has nothing to do with the generation of people today.
You're blaming something that's easy to blame without cause because it's a group you don't belong to.

Exactly. I remember going down to PCB to party in the 80's and 90's. Things got wild but nothing even remotely close to this ever happened or could have happened back then.

You're one experience means it didn't happen ever?
It's not generational. That's just lazy blame throwing

You're delusional if you think that 20 or 30 years ago a passed out girl on the beach could be gang raped in broad daylight in the middle of a crowd of literally hundreds of people and not a single person come to her aid but rather start filming and cheering it on.

I've already shown a similar situation that happened 30-40 years ago

I can say for a fact that back in the 80's and 90's there was never an instance where a girl was drugged and gang raped on the beach in PCB in the middle of the day in the middle of a huge crowd.

Well for 1) no you can't
And 2) why are you pigeon holing the situation?

Did it? From your own link.....

The common portrayal of her neighbors as being fully aware of what was transpiring but completely unresponsive has since been criticized as inaccurate

Give me one similar example of anything like that gang rape ever happening at any Spring Break destination ever.

However, public reaction to murders happening to the neighborhood supposedly did not change. According to a The New York Times article dated December 28, 1974, ten years after Genovese's murder, 25-year-old Sandra Zahler was beaten to death early Christmas morning in an apartment within a building that overlooked the site of the Genovese attack. Neighbors again said they heard screams and "fierce struggles" but did nothing.[49]

You're wrong. This modern day acceptable lack of morality it what breeds this type of behavior. And makes people like you explain it away as if things are like they always were. No better, No worse.
In my generation there would be no shortage of guys ready to forcefully correct the behavior of a disgusting pig that rapes a passed out girl. Alone or on a crowded beach. Today they stand around and watch, at best thinking that's a shame, but it ain't me so... At worst they cheer it on or even jump in.
It's a generational problem, lack of morality, human decency, and IMO, personally a direct result of killing Christianity in this country.
