You're the reason why college-aged kids with Baton Rouge addresses can't rent places anymore. Source: The caretaker of a beach house in Gulf Shores that we rent after Christmas every year...

Currently in the process of booking a trip for June to PCB with my friends that are all 22-26 years old and it has been such a frickin hassle because no one wants to rent to anyone that aren't family

Had 2 houses drop out after a signed agreement because they changed their age policy after some frickers this spring break wrecked their shite. They waited a damn month before telling me that which limited my options extremely

Most places now require either everyone (and I mean everyone) going on the trip be 25, or a an insanely big rent deposit. And that is in the middle of summer, not for spring break.

For the record, I'm w/everyone in this thread that gave the "hey a-hole, it's guys like you that cause guys like us not to be able to rent down there," as I never did understand the point of getting so damn drunk and obnoxious that you started kicking holes in walls and such. I'm close to 50 now, and started going down there my junior year of high school. I don't think we ever broke anything, other than a few hearts.

[where's that pimp emoticon]

We did, however, let the friend of a friend crash in our room one night. Apparently, he'd taken a hotel room door off of it's hinges, and used it for a surfboard. I have no idea why I always thought that story was so funny.

I stayed at the sSandman in PCB back in the day. They nickel and dimed the shite out of me in fines. I paid it In dollar bills and change from the laundry room (which ran out after three five spots). I was majorly pissed. My friend said to hell with them and grabbed the tv. It was bolted to the stand. However, the was an empty spot in the cabinet under the tv. It had a false front). The arse that rented the room decided to get the remnants of a whole spiral ham from the fridge. He shoved in the empty spot and put the tv back against the wall. Mission accomplished we rolled out. It was a shite bag thing and I probably should.have told him to chill but I was still drunk.from the night before.

Me and a friend sat back, drank a beer, and watched a friend bang the maid at the Holiday Inn in PCB. It was the only way we could get our room cleaned.

Hauled a 100 18 packs of Natty in a trailer with expired plates and didn't even get caught. Also had a few boxes of Franzia, but that's a fairly mute point.

Just heard on the news 3-4 guys gang raped a girl on the beach in front of everyone. A couple guys were holding her down while the others raped her. That's a pretty fricked up story!

And there appears to be a video of it but I haven't seen it.

The amount of Natty makes the few boxes of franzia insignificant, therefore not really worthy of mention.

And my post was a joke based off the prior threads from a week ago of some Phi Psi's getting busted for hauling that amount of booze.

The news outlets found that it was necessary to include the franzia boxes.

That makes more sense

I've actually gone through life thinking it was mute until now.

Thank you.

26 in one condo might have tipped you off that you needed to get the he'll away.

Now pay up. Life has consequences and you are guilty by association.
