re: High on Fire 10/15 @Tipitina's - MrBobDobalina
Missed that band entirely, the first band was perfect though. Between the twin flying v's and the costumes I was laughing my arse off AND raging. Matt's gut has reached new plains of awesomeness, approaching Mac from sunny status. I thought the crowd was good, just enough people to stay hyped but...

re: Ted Nugent at The Varsity tonight - MrBobDobalina
I had a blast, plenty of ranting between songs which I knew was coming and enjoyed. The list on the first page is damn close to what he played. Quote of the night "You can't have music like this without a constitution." America everywhere...guitar, picks, shirt, backdrop...everywhere. I caug...

re: Thoughts on Diversions and the Coastal Master Plan - MrBobDobalina
I agree, and I don't claim to have the answer. The extent of my knowledge is limited to the building and loss of wetlands. Once you get into the subject of takings and using taxpayer money to pay for private land, my role switches to observer. The amount of bs to overcome in our state to rebuild the...

re: Thoughts on Diversions and the Coastal Master Plan - MrBobDobalina
I'm talking less about commercial fisherman and more so about your average recreational fisherman. The average outdoorsman knows that the coasts are disappearing and has been told what a few of the most infamous causes are but there is no real knowledge in that. An educated and outspoken voice from ...

re: Thoughts on Diversions and the Coastal Master Plan - MrBobDobalina
I just think the state, to this point, has dropped the ball on PR/education around sediment diversions.
And massively so. I've been told that the most important step we could take is to bridge the knowledge gap between the scientific community and the general public, as it was som...

re: Thoughts on Diversions and the Coastal Master Plan - MrBobDobalina
It is important to distinguish that there are two types of diversions currently in Louisiana: freshwater diversions like Caernarvon, Maurepas and Davis Pond and sediment diversions such as Pass a Loutre, Barataria and Breton. Freshwater diversions were never designed to build land, only to decrease ...

re: 90 HP Mecr 2 stroke in line fuel filter? - MrBobDobalina
? "In" is telling you which end comes from the gas tank to the filter and "out" would run from the filter to the engine . The orientation of the filter shouldn't matter at all, though I wouldn't put it in upside down. Sounds like you need to be changing hoses if you're finding bits of rubber...
