oday for breakfast I ate fruit (satsumas, honey dew melon, pineapple). For lunch I'm having a green salad and baked potato. For supper, the same as lunch but I also add squash and black beans to the salad.
That adds up to like 800 - 1k calories/day max. Surely, you normally eat more than that while running 25-35 miles per week, right?

I eat this everyday. 6 meals every two hours.
1.) greek yogurt
2.) hard boiled egg or blueberries
3.) atomic tuna salad(tuna w/broccoli, cauliflower, red onion and light mayo) in a pita shell
4.) cottage cheese or almonds
5.) whole plain avocado
6.) spinach salad w/ chicken breast, black bean salad(black beans, corn and rotel)and a little cheese.
I never eat regular bread, pasta, potatoes or rice. I only drink water. No beer or wine.
I swim 2 miles about 4 times a week, but work out every day besides Sunday.
I found out I am diabetic 2 years ago, so changed my lifestyle in order to avoid insulin shots. So far so good. The only thing in my diet that is not considered diabetic friendly is the corn and cheese.

I read somewhere that a glass of wine is like an hour in the gym, so I stick to a bottle a day. 4-5 hours of gym time a day seems like a lot, but I enjoy the challenge and am really passionate about taking care of myself.
I don't watch my diet, since I am getting in 28-35 hours gym time each week.

-try for 8hrs sleep every night
-super smoothie every single morning going on about 4 years now
-4 bottles of water per day
-have quite all forms of caffeine except green tea
-HIT workouts 4 times a week
-run 2 miles every other day
-stand up desk at work
-completely quit fast food and processed foods several years ago and cook most of the time
of course, all of this goes out the window when I'm hunting/fishing or on vacation

In addition to primarily eating huge salads for dinner during the week, I switched my breakfast to homemade smoothies to get more fruits in.
I add 1/3 cup strawberries, 1/3 cup blueberries, 2-3 little chunks of pineapple, 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup almond milk, and a 1/2 cup ice.

Skipped the heavy bag this morning since I'm hitting shoulders tonight followed by weighted abs and a run.
