Cardio, cardio, cardio

I try to run 40-50 miles a week

I don't watch what I eat. I love dr. Peppers too much to give them up

Greasy breakfast with lots of bacon
Big lunch consisting of whatever.
Huge dinner with a chunk of rare red meat.

Work hard, play hard.

For some, genetics are a blessing.

I'm just going to do whatever my girlfriend's dog lets me do. If it's healthy or not, who's to say?

i have leg length discrepency and really bad knees and cant run anymore, so I stretch A LOT and cardio a 15-uphill at a 2-3.5 rate for 30-45 minutes, 6 days a week. I just turned 42 and the heavy lifting has been cut out and replaced by cardio and light lifting. I also havent eaten fried food/ice cream in years and i dont drink sugar drinks. My body is healthier than ever

Trying to get into cycling. I used to run a bit, but have had a hard time getting back into it. Hoping to spin the cycling into doing a few triathlons. I don't ever plan to be competitive, but it's a personal milestone for me to be able to say I completed even a sprint triathlon.

It's just hard finding time with a new job and a newborn at home.

I cycle. Live by the lakes, so it's easy. Lots of paths.

I also walk to and from the bar.

I try to practice homeostasis constantly. So far I've proven fairly proficient at it.

i wondered about doing this one time. I'm curious as to what the penalty would be if you were caught

You won't get caught. Just make sure to use fedex or ups and not usps.

Woke up around 4:30 and worked the heavy bag then did ab ripper X. Had my daily protein shake with a spoonful of homemade almond butter. My throat was scratchy so I warmed some water with lemon, a tablespoon of honey and a pinch of cayenne. Just finished my first snack of a pear. Tonight is legs and some running after.
