He got disbarred years ago. Something about illegal kickbacks to doctors, I believe.

His partner just got his license back and EEG is supposed to get his back sometime this summer.
I don't think it was because of illegal kickbacks to doctors, but that they were letting their employees to do their legal work for them when they weren't qualified to do so.

Funny you mentioned him. He's back in business now. He served his timeout and able to practice again.

He was disbarred. I think he can get reinstated in a couple of years.
