Nah. Most lawyers come out of Catholic and most doctors come out of Episcopal and most trust fund old money comes out of U High.

I know a lot of good attorneys from Catholic. Hell just that class had a bunch.

Bateman, Knipe, Easterly a few of different eras. He just got greedy, not the first attorney and won't be the last. And take what you read here with a grain of salt. More than half of the post in this thread are inaccurate.

It takes a special kind of narcissism to do what they do. They are all oblivious to the fact that everyone thinks they're mega-douches and no one respects their career choice of feeding off the dregs of society and promoting the welfare state

Just gives more credence to the old adage that money talks and bullshite walks. Everyone has a price.

When I was a student at LSU, I would see E sitting court side just in front the student section . He usually had a smoking hot date. I'd proceed to be the arse hole and make sirine sounds yelling at him that an ambulance is going by the Pmac, better go chase it.

LD Sledge got disbarred for essentially the same stuff that Eric got disbarred for. In fact, Sledge got popped first and they cited Sledge's case in Eric's disbarment. When Sledge was eligible to get his license back the hearing committee said OK, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel appealed the decision and the Disciplinary Board. The Board said OK. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel appealed to the La Supreme Court, who, with regard to the application for readmission decided it with one word. Denied.

That being said, I would not be overly certain that Eric gets to come back. No one likes to see a person's livelihood taken away, but if you know anything about of Supreme Court and it's view on TV lawyers...well, don't hold your breath.

It was hyperbole but thank martini. Always liked your posts. I'm out on here. I'm marc tittlebaum I am a texas attorney. I have been on both sides. I'm a civil defense lawyer and a Democrat. I'm not down with dirty poker when it comes to justice.

Did your mom teach at St. George in the early 90s? Had a teacher with that last name, and I could swear that her son's first name was Marc.
