Then/than
Every time I see someone post that they would rather something then something else I always think why do you want both?
Eta: reading some other responses, these really annoy me too.
Worse/worst
Dominant/dominate
A part/apart

That one is so weird. I had never seen it before then suddenly one day I start seeing it all the time. I don't understand how they get that wrong.

I've been seeing this one more and more lately. People who use "text" instead of "texted" for the past tense.
"He text me yesterday."
"He text me yesterday."

Less/fewer - Ben McDonald I’m looking at you.
Also I’ll admit to always messing up further/farther

I seen that.
6 pages and only 2 folks mentioned this one. Customers, vendors, and co-workers will use "seen" improperly. Daily I hear this at least twice.

have went
Probably bothers me the most.
Then/than is a problem too.
Effect/affect (people are morons)
People who thing it is always "____ and I". You don't sound smarter saying "come visit Jake and I." It's wrong and you should feel stupid.

When someone says "I was conversating"... instead of using the correct verb, conversing.
Also, the term, "I was making groceries".

I forgot about the lightening when that storm came through...
Lightning (bolt of electricity) is misspelled lightening (what Michael Jackson did to his skin) more often than it is spelled correctly.
I predict that within 10 years or so lightening will become an accepted alternate spelling. Because Idiocracy.

I’m fairly well-tempered. Nonetheless, I want to beat people when I hear them speak that way.

People who misuse "I" or "myself."
When I hear people say "bring the report to myself" or "take a picture of Bob and I" it's like fingernails on a chalkboard.

I'm going to take Jr to Sonic for tater tots - right
People in South La screw these up all the time
