I wish we would just let people be their imperfect selves.

So they want to feel good about their lives. Is that a bad thing? Why does it bother you what a blue collar person thinks about how hard you work?

Why can't someone read Shakespeare, know trigonometry, AND still do blue collar.

I have noticed a subtle trend as of late to where you can't just honor a subset of folks without taking a stab at everyone else, an example was the Memorial Day speech by Obama, which was echoed around the country and on other veteran related holiday's, I sort of take it that it's implied that if you didn't die in combat you're a worthless POS and a slacking POS
