Had a dream the other knife that I some mexi gang members attacked a vehicle I was in. I jumped in their truck and knifed both. It was ridiculously awesome

It's not a dream, because it really happened, but I dream it frequently.....
"Feb 1991 Desert Shield/Storm
Narrowly escaped a ZSU (soviet anti aircraft gun)that had a bead on me....
My lead made his gun pass and was watching it as I was making my pass and he called "Break Left". 23mm ZSU fired and raked the starboard engine and vertical stab. I was lucky because there was no damage the elevator and the port stab...
Limped back to base and managed to settle the Hawg on the runway"
Mrs. AZ has to shake me to wake me.....
and many times I cannot get back to sleep

I've often dreamt that I'm in the attic of my great grandparents' old house. I'm searching through some boxes when I start sensing a presence in the room with me. I turn around, see something, and then wake up. I can never remember what it is I see. Haven't had it in a while, though.

I dream that I've got a couple classes that I never go to and miss the drop date. Had that same dream about 20 times now been out of college almost a decade. I think it's a minor form of PTSD. Or something. In college, class was about the only stressful thing I ran into.

I'm in the same boat that you were in. I partied a lot and dropped out then went back when all my friends were finished and starting their career. This makes sense.

5 main ones:
1) same as OP... suddenly realize I haven't been to class in months.
2) I am going a back way to the park near my old house and stumble upon dozens of alligators.. and it scares the crap out of me
3) my teeth are falling out of my mouth and I feel completely helpless
4) I get in a very vivid, life threatening car crash.. It's always really intense, but its like its in slow motion... I always wake up right after
5) Instead of the age old "I go to class with no clothes on", I have the "I come out of the bathroom and I didn't completely put the snake back in its cage, and the tip is sticking out of my waistband with my shirt tucked underneath it for all to see" dream..

I get the regular college/class thing from time to do. Either I miss the class the whole semester or I go and I am either naked or I can't walk correctly.
One I get a lot, from working in restaurants and bars, is that there are a bunch of orders and no matter what you can't get shite out.

I have it at least monthly. I didn't go to class or forgot I enrolled, and it is usually science or math (something I couldn't BS).

For like 6 months multiple nights/week I was having the tornado dream.. Always a shite ton of tornados at once like day after tomorrow style.

Ditto for this one... Freaks me out! (NOT in my underwear, though!)
Another one I have had recur involves a relative that passed away who is suddenly back to life or at least back walking and talking with the rest of the family. I always seem to be the only one troubled by the fact that this dead person is back among the living...

I have variations of the same dream almost every night - I have to fight overwhelming odds to "beat the bad guys." Sometimes I have a sword and am fighting and killing hordes of monsters. Sometimes I have a gun, am a top special ops guy, and have to kill a Hitler-type. Sometimes is just one giant monster like a dragon. Sometimes it is people I have to fight. Almost always there are numerous other people on my side, but I am the only one fighting to save us all. I never am scared in these dreams, but I never achieve victory before waking up.
