Looking to take the wife somewhere for a long weekend in November. Not an OT baller, so keep that in mind. Just looking for a place to hang out and relax. Thanks for any input.

Located in Southwest LA, probably drive, but open to flying. 6 hour drive would be tops. Not looking to break the bank.

Rent a beach house in Grand Isle or condo in Gulf Shores. Wife and I love sitting on the deck overlooking the beach in mild cool weather.

San Antonio/Riverwalk can be a nice weekend getaway.

Do a road trip to south carolina. Get BBQ in AL on the way, go to upstate and see the lower Appalachians. Spend a day in Greenville. Then go to Charleston and hang out.
