They look to be well built and worth a little extra but are they really worth what they cost?

Price a Lynx grill and then tell me that Weber is expensive.

The Weber Q series are 100% worth the money. Best grill I've ever owned.

X2
We have one for our camper and love it. Great temp control. Best portable grill I have ever had.

I believe so. Can't beat a Weber Kettle Grill. I got the Performer and plan on having it for 20 plus years. Already have had it for 7 years with no trouble but replacing grates every now and then.

Yes and it's not close. I've had a Weber Genesis for about 10 yrs and it's idiot proof.

Yes. The kettles are quality products that are highly versatile.

I'll say this, I received the smaller werner (q-something) and I really like it. I wasn't very enthused about it, because I have a larger gas grill that has been fine.
But the Werner has been great. Especially when I am just grilling a few steaks for my wife and maybe a couple of friends.

I have a weber gas grill and a weber charcoal grill. They are both awesome and long lasting.

Yes. They will last for years and years.
Im not comparing these with smoker grills, just other typical propane grills.

I think so. My Smokey Mountain looks like it did the day I got it 4-5 years ago, and I keep it outside (under the weber cover).

I don't have a Weber, so I'm not familiar with them. I can absolutely recommend Kalamazoo grills though. All of my outdoor appliances are made by them and I'm pleased with them.

The Weber kettle is a great grill. I used one for several years for grilling and smokes before getting an egg.
Most of what I do on the BGE you can do on a Weber, just with more effort required.

I can vouch for that. I've had my Weber Genesis since 2008 and it still works like a charm and not one spec of rust on it.
