the pallet is 48" x 48" but I would worry more about weight. They are over 2000 lbs. per pallet and can be a good bit more if the moisture content of the turf is elevated... which it typically is. They will kill your average utility trailer! And will also max out an F-250 in the bed over the axle....

I did this exact thing when I was 30. Best decision ever. But, I went from being a landscaper to sitting in an office most of the day. So there was an environmental advantage to this change! Got degree in CM fwiw....
