All this bs against the police has to stop. And people have the audacity to complain about police being too forceful during protests. I wonder why they felt the need to act like that??

I'm in NYC for a few days. When we walked out of our hotel we saw an officer within five minutes. I stopped and shook his hand and told him thank you for choosing to be a LEO. Said he'd heard about BR and he was most sorry. I was In tears.

We need to let our police officers know we have their backs and support them through this crappy situation.

I always tell them thank you. Buying their lunch is a good idea. Anything kind is a good idea.

We need cops to be held accountable by each other and in the courtroom when they use too much force. I think it's on cops to hold each other accountable first and everything falls in line after that

For the most part they do. We just tend to wait until all the facts are known.

Was the officer in South Carolina Indicted? yes

Were the shooters in Marksville indicted? yes

Many don't understand the standard for use of force and jump to conclusions without facts when something happens just like in Ferguson, Baltimore, and Baton Rouge.

As a society we need to just slow down, get the facts, and rely on the system.

I am more talking about holding each other accountable in the moment like the Fresno situation when the last officer comes in takes unnecessary shots as the guy is already dying. Even if the cops legitimately thought he was approaching them with a weapon. He was already down and basically dead all the cops had their guns pointed at him and stopped firing but the last cop comes late and shots him twice. Why can't those other cops hold that guy accountable right then and there.

You can't expect this when the cops do the exact opposite so often.

Stop taking advantage of the system. Stop looking for handouts.
This isn't a racial observation. There are plenty of white losers who take advantage.

Resisting arrest. Drug abuse. Alcohol abuse.
Welfare. Food stamps. Wanting the government to pay your student loans, because you got a useless degree and can't find a job in your field. Too many people today having children out of wedlock. The collapse of the family unit.
Anyone who doesn't make good moral decisions.

No one is held accountable.

This isn't a black and white thing, and it's not just about someone willing to commit a cold blooded murder. People today lack integrity. No one wants to commit to family, friends, or hard honest work.
