I'm waiting on the boats. I've been in the market for a new 36' CC since I sold mine (stupid decision) 2 years ago.

Same. Would be nice to find a good condition hull between 30-39ft for cheap.

Repower and rewire and good to go.

I stumbled on a 31ft contender from FL a few months ago for under $20k. Only damage was being fully submerged for a week or so.

You have to watch out for those. That's how they catch the HIV.

Remember: AIDS is a killer that does not discriminate.

The race track in College Station is supposed to take in over 30,000 cars and one in Baytown is supposed to hold 100,000.

Any modern car is fricked, the entire wiring system has to be redone on top of any cosmetic issues. You are talking miles and miles of wiring.

With that much money tied up in cars they should have hired a car hauler to come get them ASAP.
Those are "special" cars you plan for.

I'd buy a muscle car. If the engine wasn't run with water in it then it won't be locked up. Just replace the fluids a couple times to flush it out

A guy from the f150forum bought back his F150 XLT for $4K. He stripped the whole truck and putting it back together.

F150 Harvey flood truck buyback.

Exactly. Very odd - hell, you could pay your employees a few bucks to drive one to high ground.

A pic of the aftermath, found on the same auction page:

The Ford GT engine is WAY cheaper to replace than those Italians.

Well this is depressing. A ruined R129 SL500. And some other German thing.
