Since you don't know the types of squats, my guess is you can't teach proper Pullup technique, either.

you have to remember, mouton is the guy who puts the weight down once he starts to get tired

Alum I know that you can use either high or low bar placement. I have just been giving Lester a hard time.

I always pause at the bottom of all my reps vs trying to stay in motion the entire time.

Gotcha. By the way I see nothing wrong with doing a few kipping pullups as a cheat rep at the end of a set. I just don't see it as safe or beneficial to do sets of 30 kipping pullups.

Seems like it'd be a good way for the bar to roll off your back when doing heavy weight. Never used one

Before my shoulder muscles were more developed, I had to use it as the bar would rest right on my bone.

Now I don't use it.

People that crossfit that are good at it o ly use kipping or butterfly pullups during the metabolic conditioning portion. Good crossfitters work both strict and kipping.

And mouton, no offense but have you ever tried kipping pullups? When i was doing sets of 10 strict pullups, i still couldn't do more than 2 or 3 kipping.its a hard movement to do and has been used in gymnastics for a long time.

Btw i hate when people do kipping other than during a metcon. And i fricking hate with a passion When people cant do strict but do kipping, its dangerous and stupid.
