Take her to strip club and, when no one is looking, sneak her into an empty champagne room and make sure to finish on her face. Throw her some singles so she can wipe it off and tell her "I'm a man and I will decide where we go on a date."

Regardless if she's bossing you around or not, unless you're confident you can seal the deal and frick on the first date, then I'd go with the coffee shop. Unless I know the person decently well, I will never take them to a restaurant on the first date.
Had an atrocious date a few months back where the chick didn't even know who the fricking Beatles were and hated traveling, but I was stuck there since I ordered a meal and lit $35.00 on fire. From now on, definitely going with the coffee shop, since I'm only out $3.50 if it goes poorly and I can GTFO immediately if I know this isn't going to work out.
If you're pretty damn confident you're going to frick though, Redbox for sure. Don't take her to the theater.
