Would he have been dragged if he hadn't reached his hand in the vehicle? Yes, people do daily obey the law and don't get shot. But how many people get shot for traffic violations as well?
There was no indication this guy was a threat and needed deadly action. The argument that he COULD POTENTIALLY drive recklessly and kill someone is calling him guilty before even committing a crime. Yeah, he was going to drive off. But he deserves to go to jail for that, not a bullet to the head.

From almost the beginning of this thread people have been talking about the cop being dragged and possibly run over.
Did we watch the same video? At what point did it seem the guy in the car was about to run over the cop? The car only moved when the guy's brains were riding shotgun.

Yeah the college cop looks like a complete dork. And you have a black male who lacks proper ID. Two extremes are never good.

The cop asked him multiple times if he had his DL. Not answering him over and over is acting like an idiot.

Not exactly sure, but based on the fact he had 65+ arrests I would say he's a dumbass habitual criminal who refused to follow the rules of society. Not our problem anymore (except for paying for his 13 kids anyway).

Again, how far do you have to stretch the facts to say that the cop feared for his life? I mean you are literally making up an excuse for this execution. An excuse that nobody believes including other cops. Your story is a joke.

And he finally answered him that he didn't have his drivers licenses. And again, he was fleeing from the cop for not having his licenses or front plate tags. Maybe he thought he was a fleeing criminal? Again though, nothing in that video warranted a bullet to the head.
Any competent officer would not have killed that man. This isn't the norm, and he deserved to be indicted.

I'm not defending his action. I said he deserves to be arrested. But what happened in that video that showed he needed to be killed? That shooting him in the head was the appropriate response?
