He is now indicted for murder. The cop. DA says it's the most asinine things he's seen a cop do.
Cop shot him point blank even before he took off. Wow. Officer also lied on his report, saying he shot him after being hit and drug by the car. He also said the victim had an aggressive demeanor. None of that is true. Wow

So now tuition goes up so the university can pay out a civil suit to the family. Just one more reason we need to get rid of these body cameras.

The Cop will get off even though he displayed an itchy trigger finger the sudden movement by the deceased will play a part into the equation as well. Both of them are at fault.

What am I missing? I can't see anything the driver is doing in the video. It was too jerky.
