I love my Tundra! My dad has a 16 Tacoma TRD 4x4 and loves it! But, it is not big enough for me.

I had a Tacoma about 6 years ago, after a few long highway trips I got rid of it and got a F150, I am 6'3" compared to the F150 the Tacoma rode like a go cart.

Your truck looks dynamite. Mine is almost blacked out but has a little chrome on the grille and bumper. I like your better.

Going back and forth between the Tacoma and Tundra.

For those who own a Tacoma, do you wish you would have just spent the extra money and got the Tundra?

Debating on spending the extra 6-7k and getting the Tundra. Gas is not an issue. I feel like I do not necessarily need the Tundra but the extra space would be nice. Coming from a Jeep Grand Cherokee for what it's worth.

Edit: no kids for probably the next couple of years

WTF ? Get an F150 or a Silverado. BOTH are better values.

Are you towing anything? Tow capacity of Tacoma may be a limiting factor.

I wanted to get a new Tacoma but the wife said we needed a bigger vehicle for road trips and impending kid(s). Ended up with a 4Runner. I like everything about it, but in the back of my mind still wish I said frick it and got the Tacoma.

My dad has 2015 Grey Tundra with the platinum package. Its a really good looking truck and pulls his heavy arse boat with ease. If you don't need the towing capacity I would go Tacoma/4Runner.

I've been thinking about this as well. What is the leg room and seat height like in these trucks? Im 6'5" and think they might be too small. I'd love to get a Toyota but they don't seem like a good fit for tall folks.

I'm 6'4", wife is 5'10", the tacoma was too small. Dealer let me bring it home for the weekend and we put the car seat back there with a 3-yr old. No question we needed bigger. Gas and price tag were not big concerns for us though. I've used my new 5.7L Tundra all summer. Loaded up the family for weekends at the camp. With my wife's luggage (WTF?) and my fishing gear, the baby's stuff, pulling a float boat, bed full of coolers, kayak, & stuff--dont know how I would have made it with a Tacoma. Single, no kids, it would have been an option though.

The tundra Crewmax is huge. You won't have any issues with comfort.

They released the 2018 Tundra TRD Sport design at the Chicago auto show this year. Looks pretty sharp IMO

I'm 6'5" too. Really 6'5", not OT 6'5". I have plenty room in my Tundra. There's plenty room in any full size truck. Don't waste your time with a small truck.

The Tundra is TOO damn big for a 1/2 ton truck.

Ah. Was that pricey? And did you put dual exhaust pipes? I rarely see dual exhaust on Tundras but kind of want them.

Is it much bigger than a Ram or F150? They're all big.

I like all the full size trucks on the market except the hideous Nissan. they're all good. I bought Tundra Bc I liked the look with the TSS package. But probably F150 is the best value.
