This sounds like it came out of Super Troopers. This needs to become a SOP amongst departments.

Chase is fricking top notch, has done more for this society than 99% of other officers. Active in grant a wish to sick kids, Christmas for the poor, won more awards than I can recall. Got a key to Baton Rouge for saving a man in a burning car while getting hurt himself. Gotta be more to this story. Hopefully there is a video.

My money is on BRPD acting like an arse.

They have good officers...but far too many who are rude uneducated kids. Or middle aged ex high school football players

I think it was a key to the City of Central for saving a woman. I recall reading about it. His sister was there also and got a key as well.

Then again, my memory isn't as keen as it used to be.

Hope there's gonna be some inter-agency rivalry going on after this.

I had a bunch of brpd and lsp officers who were customers of mine. Good guys who I always tried to help out...but they gave me a veritable laundry list of officers who were a pain in the arse.

Hopefully both parties end up working it out.

I always hear about cops arresting each other in Baton Rouge. I mean, if theyre brothers, why wouldn't they just let it slide. Same with the trooper pulling over the cop in Miami.
