I worked up in North Dakota for a couple of years. There are going to be some fortunes made by some local entrepeneurs. Rental units will be rented. You could make a million bucks selling burritos. Dead serious. Most of these people will work and stay out of trouble. There are some folks who follow this type of activity and cause trouble but local law enforcement is aware of this and on the lookout for them. On the whole I think this is a great thing for our community.

Nah, I was originally thinking a used car lot too, but then they could leave and go spend their money elsewhere. The trick is to keep them within about a mile of their camp.
