Managed snack bar in girls dormitory.

Interviewed a candidate who harvested corneas from cadavers to put himself through school. Strangest job I ever saw on resume.

Would reguraly but a 100 of these things that were shaped like Altoids for $300 and sell 80 of these Altoid shaped products for 6 dollars each and keep 20 of these Altoid shaped products for myself and my close friends. My alarm clock would always ring at 7:14.

Towards end of college I got a job that allowed for ease in schedule with weekend work.. I had fricked off long enough and the weekend work was deserved, especially the early mornings..

Roustabout offshore, independent producer inshore one summer.
Bartending 2 Summers (best job ever. Paid well to drink and run leg)
landscaping.
Loaded trucks at night for beverage distributer. A friend kept doing it after he graduated and moved all the way thru to an exec.
Courier for printing biz. Delivered biz cards to interesting people/ companies all over BR.
I was in the reserves as well during school.
Never kept a job more than a semester. I think it made me better than most in working with anyone by the time I was ready for a real job.

Worked at a corporate law firm in BR as a courier. Started when I was a senior in high school. Paid an awesome hourly wage (for a student), paid mileage for every mile I drove (had a civic), monthly parking meter allowance (just profited the money), and even got an annual Christmas bonus.

Bartended/Bounced on Thursday and Saturday nights.

Towards the end of college I also worked extra duty details at a library as Reserve police officer.

Moved out at 18 and paid for all my living expenses, tuition, and books in cash. It can be done, you just have to want it bad enough.
