There is a really good podcast on NPR planet money that goes into full detail of why the car manufacturers cant and won't make the same vehicle for US and Europe.

Actually their long model life cycles make them appear dated and thus less appealing.

as the top auto manufacturer in the US and probably the world(i'd have to check that) ,don't you think they would have changed the way they do things if it wasn't working?

Someone killed her other car so we had to get another. We were looking at used cars, but didn't really have time to shop. We wanted something that will last a long time, and plan on keeping it until the wheels fall off.

I bought a Corrolla new in 2013, I love the free service for the first two years, the enormous money I save on gas and the dependability of the car. The perfect vehicle for living in a city.

TO:
meauxjeaux and Placebeaux:

Are Subaru Outbacks as good of cars as everyone says?

I'm about to buy one, so what you say won't change my mind, but I would love to have my confidence reinforced

I have a Highlander with 300k + that purrs. It's been paid off for eight years...

Mrs. Pimp gets the vanity ride. She's a show pony. I'm more of a work horse. A man of the people, as it were.

Reason why you sold it? I've always wanted a Jeep, so I'm considering it for my next vehicle.
