Thawing banana in my car's tail pipe

Yesterday I got into an argument with my neighbor, and tonight when I was taking my trash can from the side of the road I noticed something dangling out of my vehicle's tail pipe. It was a partially frozen banana. I have a feeling my neighbor is behind this because I bitched at her about her fricking pomeranian shitting in my yard. She responds by saying , "you want to be an a-hole, well I can be an a-hole too.", and that was yesterday. I feel like I should confront her about it.
