No shite, I had a friend of mine who tell me not long ago that CC's tried to buy a location on N MacArthur and the City wouldn't let them because its against the city ordinance to have a stand alone coffee shop. Nope, cant have a CC's, but Welcome to Moe's!

The way it was explained to me is that downtown is zoned for that and apparently the city isnt enamored with a "Chain Coffee Shop" either. Which is fuggin retarded, because every other chain thrives there.
