Shooting someone. I personally haven't had to do it, but my younger brother and brother in law, got their fill overseas. They both said it's easy at the time, but fricks with you later.

I always thought yoga wasn't easy because I'm not flexible. Then I tried the P90x yoga and realized is just a hell of a workout no matter what. Very tough on your major muscle groups.
