Running at/away from a cop with your hands UP isn't justification for taking damn near a whole mag...same situation with the Charlotte shooting...

I don't get your point. Him being unarmed and running away from the cop car with his hands up still doesn't justify him being shot 9 times.

My entire post was meant to be sarcasm because that is what all the mothers say in these cases. I find it odd when mothers say their son wasn't a killer or thief...not the normal way to describe your son IMO.

I realize that but I still believe they could change that reality by getting this pissed off when their kids are shooting each other for no reason... Many get killed that are unarmed also.
