Probably not. Necrosis from wolf spider bites has never been confirmed. Even then, only the South American varieties have been implicated.
Spiders are good for the ecosystem, especially if you don't like insects.

I have lived in old Metairie for 33 years...never seen a hawk, a wild parrot, a rat, a possum, a racoon or a wolf spider. I have seen them all in the last two years here.
