If it hits his record, the points may be removed...in many States they can be...be completing a short driver safety course. Completion of course may also reduce insurance rates...one of my kids did this.

If it is a smaller town, call the sheriff or chief and ask for a weekend of community service if they just ditch the ticket

I know in Acension Parish juvenile traffic court was only held on certain days so you had to call and find out when It was. In AP they only suspend license for like a week and you get lectured by the judge

When I was 15 I got a 69 in a 35. They took my DL. I had to bail hay for the judge two saturdays in a row. He paid me and gave me back my ID. Said I won't help you next time. St Charles Parish.

It states no court date contact agency below which is the 19th judicial court. They are closed today so I will call tomorrow. I want my son to be punished , not just me paying a fee.

Good for you. We want our kids to learn lessons in life, right? If the court doesn't give him some kind of community service or driving classes, then have him spend a couple weekends doing charity work.

take away driving priveledges. Then show him the story of the douche with 4 DUIs. Tell him that will be him in no time if he won't shape up.

When you get in touch with them tomorrow, make sure to tell them that today was the 15th day but he was unable to pay or contact them since their office was closed because of the weather. They might give you a little extra time, but you may have to handle/pay it tomorrow.

1998 BMW 1200RS Top End 162, I got nailed for 125, cruising out in West Texas, cost me $350. I thought the price was fair for all the fun I had. Early morning, no traffic, heading back from Vegas where I bought her.

Dont worry, if it is anything like the juvenile court hearing I went to at 17 for running a red light, the judge will make him feel like a murderer.

Along with my mom, the judge also asked the other 2 parents with their kids "what are you doing as punishment?". Those kids parents replied with archaic shite like cutting the lawn with scissors and scrubbing the driveway with a toothbrush.

They are gonna try to make you pay all kinds of asinine fees for bullshite classes. Defensive driving? Haha, that means give me $100 for your son to sit in a room and watch a movie.

Best to circumvent it by calling the DA's office and speaking with someone there
